The Looper is the apex of the 8-level mobilizer-level ladder (BOT < DITTO < DOOIT < ASSISTANT < COMPANION < ADVISOR < HOST < LOOPER, D1) — "Construct of a Host, holds capacity to run a founding CodeLoop" [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/lib/sapiens3/types.ts:23-25]. Per D17: "LOOPER = 'the construct of a Host' — the runnable form of a Host that can execute CodeLoops. The relationship: Host → wrapped by Construct → instanced as Looper. Per OWNER-2026-07-10 the Looper is a Human with a neural-engine: the human controls their own Loops and, principally, the squad of datans generated from the holonprint of their biological brain. Every datan loop must trace to a human Looper (regulation/accountability) [src: ...knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:514]. Humans and datans "work together, not above, not supervising, not in the loop, same thing" [src: ...:600].

Subtypes — the apex specializes via LooperType = 'Core' | 'Council-Valor' | 'Council-Wisdom' | 'Executive' [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/lib/sapiens3/types.ts:47]:

• Core — CodeLoop ecosystem maintainers.
• Council-Valor / Council-Wisdom — Valor = value generation; Wisdom = practice of craft/method; mediate opposite endeavor sparks (Augment Refusal, Occurrences, Crisis, Inflections).
• Executive — individual representation of the ecosystem by its endeavor.
