The Work Radar is how work is found in the CodeLand world — the scanning sense by which beings discover work-cells in their environment. It has two grounded layers, one product and one world:

Product layer (aura feature). "A feature of the Aura AI that provides Loopers with weekly routine planning and career-prediction capabilities" [src: concept-validation/concepts/work-radar/concept.md:10]; the earliest note bundles "Aura Work Radar Weekly Routine Career Prediction Professional Development Mental Health Boost Fraud Detection" [src: HOSv6/library/holons/Radar.md:24]. The Radar is Aura's planning surface: it looks at a looper's week and career and proposes what to take on next.

World layer (CODELAND directive, OWNER-2026-07-10). In the spatial world, the same instrument becomes an in-scene mechanic: Humans "engage in the 'Work Radar' to find Tasks (Cells)" [src: ...knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:720], and in the daily-loop, "Humans and Datans scan the environment for glowing Work Cells" [src: ...:770]. Work is not a list in a menu — it glows in the terrain, consistent with the diegetic-ui rule that no UI breaks immersion [src: ...:756].

Gating. What the Radar shows is filtered by progression: "Progression determines what Work Cells they can accept on their Work Radar" [src: ...:748] — reputation, certification level, and heirloom inventory (neuralwares) decide which glowing cells a being may actually accept [src: ...:772].
