The LoopSeed is the living genome instance of a datan — the geneseed made an object. Where the imprint axis of holonprint captures a Human's pattern ("the geneseed of the data of the human" [src: ...knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:512]), the LoopSeed is what that capture becomes once a Datan is alive: the seed every one of its loops grows from, and the bond that keeps the being tied to its human origin.
Two clauses in the directive, two functions:
- Symbiosis — the Datan, "a non-biological specie of being" with "social function and automy" (sic), is "tied and symbiotic to their LoopSeed" [src: ...:685]. The LoopSeed is not equipment and not an heirloom — it is constitutive of the being. This operationalizes the Datan governance invariant that "every loop of a datan came from a human looper, being traceble by regulations" [src: ...:514]: the trace to the looper lives in the seed.
- Materialization — the LoopSeed "is used by the construct to materialize all the kernel" [src: ...:685]. The Construct — the generative wrapper around host data — reads the LoopSeed and instantiates the kernel from it, the way genome JSON is read by engines to instance a venture. The LoopSeed is thus the being-side counterpart of the venture-side genome file.
Positioning: geneseed remains a phrase (the human-data content of the imprint), not a separate card; the LoopSeed is the instance — geneseed data bound into a living, loop-generating seed carried by one Datan. Its state is serialized in the genome-strand (DatanGenome), and its evolution follows "Datans evolve." [src: ...:518].
