The District Spatial Site is a SITE-rung web property that renders a District as a living spatial experience — the CodeLand ladder's SITE ("a web area held with purpose and care" [src: wiki/engines/cognis-and-kernels.md:57]) elevated to a scroll-driven, procedurally generated world. It is the model this library instantiates: Royal Orbit's Spatial Site is the first, "the most impressive Holding Group website with Spatial Site as its welcoming place for the its members and partners", then "deploy now as the model for the District Spatial Site) Which shall be done to all of the other organizations" [src: ...knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:526-528].
