This card is the spec of the one-page infograph the Method page (page 4 of district-spatial-site) renders — the whole HOS-Instance model in four swimlanes plus a card-type legend. Everything on the page is a link to a library card: "every letter, word, code, should be a link to a .md at the library" [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:582].

Lane contracts: Owner rulings flow only downward through the authority chain (cogni-neural-engine Rule 1); the Neural Engine lane is governed by kernel-neural-engine + cogni-neural-engine and diagrammed per-run in bpmn-neural-engine-run; the Squads lane is squad-eggtech / squad-schematic / squad-instance under squad-roles; the Library lane is this knowledge library, authored per sop-004-library-authoring and pb-002-library-authoring.

1. Render the four swimlanes exactly as above; every node label is a wikilink into the Library page (page 5).
2.
