The Endeavor Book is the library's register of endeavors — the joint enterprises through which a venture's value reaches someone else's need. The owner's definitional sentence for the whole model: an organization is "individuals, who jointly endeavor over the venture of generating the value of its capabilities to a needy and wishfull endeavor of another individual consuming that jointly endeavor" [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:506]. Paired with venturebook, it gives loops "all the necessary … for augmenting particles and producing sparks to initiate other Loops" [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:534].
The two axes of an entry
Axis 1 — endeavor type (D5, canonical enum): every endeavor is one of the four types — Sale/Purchase, Finance, Transport/Storage, Produce/Create [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/data/hos-specification.ts:533].
Axis 2 — venture endeavor dimensions (OWNER-2026-07-10): within a venture's genome, endeavors are organized into three portfolio dimensions — Programs, Products, Professionalization [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:465], echoed as "Endeavor of providing the components of the venture (Products, Programs, Environment Experience, Partnership Journey Mentoring)" [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:467].
The axes are orthogonal: a Program contains endeavors that each still carry a D5 type (e.g. a guest program's accommodation orchestration is Transport/Storage; its tier billing is Finance).
Entry structure
- Identity — id, name, owning venture (venturebook entry);
- Dimension — program | product | professionalization;
- Type — the D5 enum value per component endeavor;
- Experience loops — how the endeavor appears in the spatial journey (genome-spatial-site slices and behavior loops);
- Kernels used + quality floor — per the EndeavorGenome contract (

Experience loops: the Gold products endeavor is carried by the caravan slice + behavior loop; the market exchange endeavors by market; the connectivity of the constellation by world-night — see genome-spatial-site.example.json and cogni-spatial-site.
Extension rule
Entries per organization derive from each instance genome's programs key and must keep both axes explicit. Never collapse the axes: the D5 type is what the dwork engine schedules; the dimension is what the spatial journey narrates.
