SCHEMATIC Squad · squad-schematic

Content
SCHEMATIC is the second of the three dynamic squads of the HOS-Instance build. Its mission, verbatim, is "How the kernel, cogni and genome shall interact and flow" [src: wiki/development/prompts-archive/by-topic/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:526] — the same triple the owner ordered defined for the Spatial Site: "Define the Kernel (Code), the Cogni (understanding) and the Genome for this." [src: …/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:473].
Its scope:
- Schematics — author and maintain sc-001-kernel-cogni-genome (how kernel, cogni, genome connect) and sc-002-neural-engine-run (how the neural-engine drives a run), plus bpmn-neural-engine-run and the infograph the owner ordered so "you never need to guess" [src: …/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:622-626].
- Schemas — schema-library-json, schema-dispatch-json, schema-genome-spatial-strand, schema-holonprint; every flow the other squads execute must validate against these.
- Library governance — the flow discipline that a datan reads only library cards and that the cognitive-loop "must pass through all the Cognis and their respective kernels" [src: …/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md (2026-06-12 prompt):182]; enforcement procedures live in sop-002-conflict-resolution and sop-004-library-authoring.
Its work is executed as RUN-016, dispatched per sop-003-run-dispatch.
Seats
Seats follow squad-roles [src: …/knowledge-management-and-concept-modeling.md:552-557]; canonical datan names: Assistant = "Jules" (D24), Companion = "Modo" (D25) [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/data/hos-specification.ts:452, 459].
| Seat | Mobilizer | Datan | Default gear-set (gear-sets) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knowledge Engineer | dooit | assign at run-open | library-authoring |
| Knowledge Analyst | ditto | assign at run-open | library-authoring (source verification) |
| Knowledge Management | assistant | Jules (D24) | run-orchestration |
| Knowledge Architect | companion | Modo (D25) | library-authoring (schematic design) |
| Knowledge Executive | advisor | assign at run-open | run-orchestration (authority-chain rulings) |
| Knowledge Designer | construct | assign at run-open | library-authoring (diagrams, BPMN, infograph) |
Run
- Run id: RUN-016.
- Deliverable: sc-001-kernel-cogni-genome, sc-002-neural-engine-run, the four schemas, bpmn-neural-engine-run, infograph — all zero-orphan in the library (sop-004-library-authoring gate) and consumed live by the neural-engine.
- Failure handling: academy neuralware swap per sop-001-loop-execution.
Composition
- uses: gear-sets · pb-002-library-authoring / pb-003-run-dispatch (playbooks) · sop-002-conflict-resolution / sop-004-library-authoring (procedures it authors and obeys) · schema-library-json / schema-dispatch-json (owned schemas)
- used-by: okrs-2026-h2 (Initiative I-2) · squad-eggtech and squad-instance (both execute flows SCHEMATIC defines)
