Content

The dynamic squad that builds the Hyper instance under the six Kernic Districts. It runs the cognitive-loop — every fetch a ditto, every action a dooit — allocating datan roles from squad-roles against the artifacts the owner named:

  • Knowledge base — the bp-002-knowledge-library neural-engine vault: information blocks → knowledge particles, now carrying evolution history and questions.
  • Cognis — the decision rules per organ (cogni-neural-engine).
  • Genomes — the genome-strand each instance instances itself from (genome).
  • Kernel — the precise kernel instance of the Holon, controlled by the neural-engine.
  • Venture · organization · endeavor · individual · account · instance — each a Holon District spawned from a genome (venturebook, endeavorbook).
  • Email for launch — authored as a DRAFT only (never sent); see hyper/launch/launch-email.draft.md.

Roles (from squad-roles)

  • Knowledge Engineer — dooit (execution): builds the cards, the genomes, the site.
  • Knowledge Analyst — ditto (gateway): verifies → validates → augments → disponibilizes each artifact.
  • Knowledge Management — Assistant (leadership): holds the standard, the brand, the benchmark.
  • Maintainer — the genome/kernel litigious application, guarding the Fortress organ.

Work is prepared and learned in the Academy, executed live in the Workstation, referenced at the Library, delivered in the ProLab, oriented by the Lighthouse. Each closed loop is uploaded to the Library (git) with a log at the venturebook.
