DIKWC Assembly Line · dikwc
Owner directive (D28, resolved 2026-04-12), canonical. The knowledge production line "turns raw corpus into knowledge: Datum → Information → Knowledge Particle → (physical weights) → Concept Atom → Holon" [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:3]; the canonical content hierarchy above it is the 7-level "Symbol → Data → Information → Knowledge → Wisdom → Self → Token" [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/data/hos-specification.ts:480].
Content
DIKWC is the staged assembly line the datan fleet runs to turn raw corpus into holons — "the AtomicHolon knowledge pipeline (Data → Information → Knowledge → Wisdom → Context) made operational. Semantic stages = agents; the physics stages (weights + correlation) = deterministic Python with the real constants." [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:3]
The line:
| Stage | What it is |
|---|---|
| Datum | "smallest indivisible data point (one fact)" |
| Information Block | "Datums grouped into contextual statements" |
| Knowledge Particle | "justified claims, tagged for physics" — given mass/charge/spin |
| Concept Atom | "particles clustered by tag-attraction (spring + gravity)" |
| Holon | "atoms super-clustered (≥3 shared tags)" |
[src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:7-13]
The physics (deterministic): mass = log₂(wordCount(claim)+1); charge = deterministic tag polarity (−1…1); spin = info-block count proxy; "attraction = K_SPRING·|shared tags| + (G if same concept); bind into one atom when ≥ 0.2 (K_SPRING=0.1, G=0.5). Atoms super-cluster into Holons at ≥3 shared tags." [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:15-20] The engine-level constant set is "G=0.5 / Coulomb=0.3 / spring=0.1" [src: wiki/engines/cognis-and-kernels.md:98]. Every Concept Atom "traces back through Knowledge Particles → Information → Datums → source files" — provenance at every layer [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:26].
The line feeds the matter-hierarchy execution ladder (Particle → Atom → … → Holon) and runs inside the cognitive-loop; the AtomicHolon stage of the loop is this physics [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:26]. The units of work that move the line are work-units; outputs land in the knowledge graph that engines (Atomic Holons) own.
Data-currency flag. DIKWC.md still reports the RUN-003 figure "+260 atoms (315 → 575 nodes), in-use 492 → 741" [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:23]; the wiki home now reports "823 concepts · 1172 relationships" [src: wiki/INDEX.md:8]. The 575 figure is a historical run record, not the current graph size.
Variants
| # | Definition (verbatim) | Source | Ruling | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | "the AtomicHolon knowledge pipeline (Data → Information → Knowledge → Wisdom → Context)" — top-end Wisdom → Context (the "C" of DIKWC) | [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:3] | D28 rules the canonical content hierarchy is the 7-level Noology ladder (B); A survives as the pipeline's name/label for the operational line | variant (label) |
| B | "RESOLVED: 7-level cognitive material hierarchy from Noology Dictionary. Symbol → Data → Information → Knowledge → Wisdom → Self → Token." | [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/data/hos-specification.ts:480], shipped as ContentLevel [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/lib/sapiens3/types.ts:90-97] | D28 → chosen: the canonical content hierarchy; "Token = encrypted transport form used by DOOITs to move content between PADs/PODs" | canonical |
| C | Operational line "Datum → Information → Knowledge Particle → (physical weights) → Concept Atom → Holon" | [src: wiki/voidweb/DIKWC.md:3] | Not in conflict — this is the production staging of the same material, ending in matter (matter-hierarchy) rather than content levels | canonical (operational) |
Composition
- uses: datan (the semantic-stage agents), work-units (each stage step is a particle of work), dooit (moves Tokens between pads and pods), matter-hierarchy (receiving ladder)
- used-by: holon (its production process), cognitive-loop (the AtomicHolon stage), genome (each genome traverses the content levels as it learns, per D28 [src: HOS-Webdoc/web/src/data/hos-specification.ts:480]), neural-engine (orchestrates the runs)
