Dear Acquisition Team, Following our preliminary discussions regarding the Wilhelmshaven refinery and adjacent land package, GVP Commodities (HOS) formally requests to initiate the 90-day due diligence period as outlined in our draft SPA. Our DD team will consist of: - Lucas Augusto (Lead, GVP Commodities) - Omar Hassan (Infrastructure & Logistics Director) - Marcus Warden (Head of Compliance & Due Diligence) - Independent environmental consultants (TBD) - Independent financial auditors (TBD) We request access to: 1. Operational records (last 5 years) 2. Environmental compliance certifications and any remediation history 3. Capacity utilization data and throughput statistics 4. Employee contracts and labor agreements 5. All existing permits, licenses, and regulatory filings 6.
