Content

Two DigitalOcean droplets (ams3, s-2vcpu-4gb, ubuntu-24.04, hos-deploy key, mainland project, tags hos/neural) back the neural-engine and kernel-neural-engine split:

  • hos-neural-engine — 188.166.102.144 (id 583590251). Runs the kernel-neural-engine dispatch heartbeat service: zero-dep Node (oss-policy) as systemd unit hos-dispatch, DISPATCH_TOKEN in /etc/hos-dispatch.env (present-on-droplet, not committed), state at /var/lib/hos-dispatch/dispatch.json seeded from library/runs/dispatch.json. Served at engine.mainland.digital (nginx :80 → 127.0.0.1:8080, TLS at CF edge): GET /health, GET /dispatch, token-gated POST /heartbeat.
  • hos-neural-ware — 188.166.119.101 (id 583591468). Reserved for agent/model runtimes (cogni-neural-engine); services staged per the blueprint. ware.mainland.digital DNS proxied (521 until a service listens).
